Welcome to The Craft Social! These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and your participation in our workshops, craft experiences, pop-ups, private events, and other services.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, booking a service, or participating in a The Craft Social activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Workshop & Event Registration

Registration is required for events that have limited seating.

Your spot is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed.

Because many of our workshops have limited supplies and seating, please review the event details carefully before purchasing.

Event dates, times, locations, projects, and pricing may occasionally change. If we need to make a significant change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.

2. Payments

Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Square. Additional terms from the payment provider may apply.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All workshop and event purchases are non-refundable. Because The Craft Social purchases materials and prepares supplies based on the number of registered participants, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, missed workshops, or no-shows.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may contact us at least 48 hours before the event to request a transfer to another available workshop or receive a credit toward a future Craft Social event, at our discretion and subject to availability.

Missed workshops, late cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

If The Craft Social needs to cancel an event, registered participants will be notified and will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event.

By purchasing a workshop or event ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by The Craft Social

The Craft Social reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary, including due to illness, weather, venue issues, insufficient registration, supply availability, or circumstances outside our control.

If The Craft Social cancels an event, registered participants will be notified and, when applicable, offered a refund, credit, or rescheduled option.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so that you have enough time to participate in the full craft experience.

Late arrival may result in reduced project time or an inability to participate in certain portions of an activity, particularly when the event has a fixed schedule.

6. Children & Adult Supervision

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising children unless an event specifically states otherwise.

Children must follow all safety instructions provided by The Craft Social and event staff.

The Craft Social is not responsible for supervising children outside the specific activity being provided.

7. Craft Materials & Safety

Craft activities may involve materials such as paint, glue, plaster, clay, scissors, tools, or other craft supplies.

Participants are expected to follow all instructions and use materials appropriately.

Please notify The Craft Social before participating if you have a known allergy or sensitivity that could reasonably be affected by materials used during an activity.

The Craft Social cannot guarantee that an activity or environment will be completely free from allergens or other potential irritants.

8. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

The Craft Social is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to an event.

9. Conduct

We want The Craft Social to be a welcoming, inclusive, and comfortable place for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from an event if their behavior is threatening, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or creates an unsafe environment for others.

No refund is guaranteed when participation is ended because of inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

10. Photos & Videos

Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos taken during the event.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify The Craft Social before or during the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Parents or guardians may contact us regarding photographs or videos involving their children.

11. Assumption of Risk

Participation in craft activities involves ordinary risks associated with working with craft materials and tools.

By participating, you agree to use materials and equipment responsibly and follow safety instructions.

Participants and parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for themselves or their children.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12. Private Events & Custom Services

Additional terms may apply to private parties, mobile craft experiences, custom workshops, corporate events, vendor events, or other services.

Any event-specific agreement, invoice, proposal, or written booking terms provided by The Craft Social will supplement these Terms & Conditions and may contain additional requirements.

13. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, event availability, pricing, locations, schedules, and project details may change.

The Craft Social reserves the right to correct errors and update website information when necessary.

14. Third-Party Websites & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

The Craft Social is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
